We work with both. A significant part of what we do is connecting the best of the Philippine workforce to global demand. Our clients include international organizations setting up or expanding Philippine operations, and local firms that need specialist IT talent or technology advisory support. Geography is not a barrier for us.

Yes. The two service lines are independent but complementary. A client engaging us for an ERP implementation may also need to source a project manager or a specialist consultant. We can run both engagements simultaneously under separate scopes, and there is no conflict between the two.

We use fixed price or time and materials for project-based engagements, and a monthly retainer for retained advisory. We provide a detailed scope and fee proposal before any commitment is made. There are no hidden fees or mid-engagement surprises. If scope changes materially, we discuss it with you before proceeding.

No. Under our Professional Introduction service, we operate as an independent advisory and introduction firm. We do not act as an employer, labor contractor, or licensed placement agency. All employment arrangements are made directly between the client and candidate. We facilitate the introduction and provide advisory support throughout the evaluation process.

We typically respond to an initial inquiry within one business day and can begin the alignment step within the same week. For Professional Introduction engagements, we usually deliver an initial set of curated profiles within 5 to 10 business days of completing the alignment. For IT Consulting, the timeline depends on scope and complexity, which we define together during the alignment step.

We address issues directly and early. If a milestone is at risk, we flag it proactively and work with you to adjust the plan. If something is outside our capability, we say so before the engagement begins. Our model is built on transparency and we do not wait for a client to raise a problem before acknowledging it.
