Sourcing Team Lead
You will be working with a global business services provider. This role focuses on leading a sourcing team while building strong talent pipelines to support high-volume hiring in a BPO environment.
What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of sourcing specialists to achieve hiring goals
- Manage sourcing and recruitment activities for assigned roles
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to ensure timely hiring
- Monitor team performance, recruitment metrics, and candidate experience
- Support onboarding coordination and continuous process improvement
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of sourcing or recruitment experience
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience leading or supervising a recruitment or sourcing team
- Experience in a BPO environment
- Experience hiring technical and customer service roles
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Willing to work on flexible morning and mid shifts
