ServiceNow Specialist
You will be working with a global business services provider needing a ServiceNow Specialist to maintain and improve ITSM and HRSD modules while working with IT and HR stakeholders.
What you will do
- Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests, and HR cases in ServiceNow
- Configure and enhance ITSM and HRSD modules including workflows, rules, and notifications
- Automate processes using Flow Designer and maintain system integrations
- Create reports and dashboards to track platform performance
What we are looking for
- 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in ITSM and HRSD
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow configuration
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ITIL processes
- Effective with both technical and business stakeholders
