SAP Manager - ABAP
You will be working with a global leader in IT and business consulting services, supporting enterprise SAP implementations across multiple business functions. The team leads technical delivery for SAP ABAP development, from custom development to full-cycle implementation projects.
What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of ABAP developers on technical delivery
- Design and develop custom ABAP solutions, including Fiori applications and UI5 development with OData services
- Build interfaces using File, RFC, IDOC, BAPI, and web services
- Collaborate with functional teams across SD, MM, FI, or HR modules to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Oversee end-to-end technical delivery across the SAP implementation lifecycle
What we are looking for
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development
- Experience with ECC required, S/4HANA a plus
- Prior experience in a technical lead, team lead, or senior mentoring role
- At least one full lifecycle SAP implementation project
- Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development, including OData services
- Exposure to at least one functional module (SD, MM, FI, or HR)
- Experience with interface development (File, RFC, IDOC, BAPI, web services)
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid (1x onsite in Taguig City)
- Mid-shift
Benefits and Compensation
- Salary package: 170,000 to 220,000 PHP
- Full-time and permanent role
