Sales Manager
You will be working with a global technology and business services company supporting international clients. The Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives, drive business growth, and support the expansion of high-performing teams.
What you will do
- Lead and manage sales operations to achieve business targets
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support team expansion initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client delivery
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years of management experience in a BPO or contact center environment
- Background in sales, preferably within an outsourcing or business services company
- Proven track record of growing teams and increasing headcount
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
- Open to working morning and mid-shift schedules
- Compensation: Salary up to PHP 100,000 per month, depending on experience
