Renewals Manager
You will be working with a global technology and business services company supporting international clients. The Renewals Manager will lead a team responsible for managing customer renewals, retention, and subscription growth while ensuring a positive customer experience.
What you will do
- Lead and manage a team handling customer renewals and subscription accounts
- Drive renewal performance and customer retention initiatives
- Monitor account health and identify opportunities to improve renewal rates
- Support customer engagement throughout the renewal lifecycle
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and operations teams to achieve business goals
- Track team performance and implement process improvements
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in renewals management
- Experience in Customer Success, Inside Sales, Account Management, or a related function
- Proven experience managing teams focused on renewals or subscription-based accounts
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
- Open to working morning and mid-shift schedules
- Salary up to PHP 100,000 per month, depending on experience
