Renewals Manager

You will be working with a global technology and business services company supporting international clients. The Renewals Manager will lead a team responsible for managing customer renewals, retention, and subscription growth while ensuring a positive customer experience.

What you will do
  • Lead and manage a team handling customer renewals and subscription accounts
  • Drive renewal performance and customer retention initiatives
  • Monitor account health and identify opportunities to improve renewal rates
  • Support customer engagement throughout the renewal lifecycle
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and operations teams to achieve business goals
  • Track team performance and implement process improvements
What we are looking for
  • At least 3 years of experience in renewals management
  • Experience in Customer Success, Inside Sales, Account Management, or a related function
  • Proven experience managing teams focused on renewals or subscription-based accounts
  • Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
  • Open to working morning and mid-shift schedules
  • Salary up to PHP 100,000 per month, depending on experience
