Recruitment Specialist
You will be working with a global business services provider. The role focuses on managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring quality hires for technical and agent roles in a fast-paced BPO environment.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from screening to offer stage
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients for interviews and feedback
- Manage candidate experience, job offers, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and meet hiring targets
What we are looking for
- 1–2 years of sourcing or recruitment experience
- Experience in a BPO setup
- Experience handling technical and agent roles
- Strong interviewing, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to work on flexible shifts (morning and mid)
