Inside Sales Representative

You will be working with a global business services provider supporting a fast-growing logistics and technology account in the US market. The role focuses on lead generation, prospect engagement, and pipeline management.

What you will do
  • Identify and qualify prospects through research, cold calls, emails, and SMS outreach
  • Set appointments and manage leads across the full sales funnel using a CRM
  • Communicate the value of solutions to potential clients across industries
What we are looking for
  • 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, BDR, or SDR roles
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho or Salesforce
  • Background in logistics, freight, or travel is a plus
  • Results-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
