HS Graduate | Customer Service Representative (Entry Level)
You will be working with a global customer experience services provider supporting international clients across multiple industries. This is an entry-level role, with full training provided.
What you will do
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, chats, or emails
- Resolve customer concerns accurately and within service standards
- Use internal systems and tools to provide correct information and log every interaction
- Follow processes and quality guidelines to keep the customer experience consistent
- Meet targets for quality, productivity, and attendance
What we are looking for
- High school (old curriculum or K-12) graduate, collegd undergraduate, fresh graduate
- With or without BPO or customer service experience
- Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Willing to work onsite
- Open to a shifting schedule
