HR Lead
You will lead the HR function in the Philippines for a global company, supporting both local operations and global stakeholders. This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on execution across people, culture, and compliance.
What you will do
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations in Manila
- Act as a key partner to business leaders and global HR teams
- Drive HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and engagement
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
- Support key HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle
- Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture
What we are looking for
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong HR leadership experience managing HR operations in a global or regional setup
- Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices
- Proven experience in stakeholder and client-facing roles
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong communication and people management skills
