HR Lead

You will lead the HR function in the Philippines for a global company, supporting both local operations and global stakeholders. This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on execution across people, culture, and compliance.

What you will do
  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations in Manila
  • Act as a key partner to business leaders and global HR teams
  • Drive HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and engagement
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
  • Support key HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle
  • Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture
What we are looking for
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong HR leadership experience managing HR operations in a global or regional setup
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices
  • Proven experience in stakeholder and client-facing roles
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong communication and people management skills
