Distributor Operations Specialist
You will be working with a global technology company supporting its distributor and partner network. This role focuses on keeping partner operations efficient, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
What you will do
- Support distributor quoting, deals, and partner programs
- Manage partner onboarding, updates, and compliance
- Monitor inventory, sales reports, and operational performance
- Track KPIs, SLAs, and reporting accuracy
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to resolve issues
- Support marketing programs and ensure proper documentation
- Improve processes to make partner operations more efficient
What we are looking for
- Experience with distributors, resellers, MSPs, or channel operations
- Understanding of partner programs, sales reporting, rebates, or MDF
- Experience with CRM/PRM or distributor reporting tools
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Process-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks
