Business Development Manager – B2B Cybersecurity & IT

You will be working with a fast-growing B2B technology services company in the cybersecurity and IT space. The Business Development Manager will lead a BDR team, set strategic direction, and drive pipeline growth through smart outreach, process discipline, and team development.

What you will do
  • Lead and mentor a BDR team by building a performance culture through coaching, role-playing, and structured onboarding
  • Own pipeline strategy using qualification frameworks (MEDDIC, BANT, or CHAMP)
  • Design and run targeted outreach campaigns across multiple channels aimed at senior IT and security buyers in the enterprise space
  • Optimize the sales tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo) to improve team efficiency and track performance
  • Lead a regular review cadence — daily stand-ups, weekly 1-on-1s, monthly pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews — reporting up to executive leadership
What we are looking for
  • 5+ years of B2B Sales or Business Development experience, with at least 2 years managing a BDR/SDR team in IT, Network Security, or Cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo) with strong reporting and analytics skills
  • Ability to design training programs, read performance data, and turn insights into actionable team strategies
  • Deep understanding of the IT/Security buyer landscape with a strategic mindset for driving growth and operational excellence
