Business Development Lead – B2B Cybersecurity & IT

You will be working with a fast-growing B2B technology services company in the cybersecurity and IT space. The Business Development Lead will drive outbound prospecting, sharpen outreach strategies, and maintain a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline.

What you will do
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns targeting senior IT and security decision-makers in the B2B enterprise space
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured frameworks (MEDDIC, BANT, or CHAMP)
  • Manage and optimize the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo)
  • Provide peer-level coaching through call shadowing, email reviews, and best-practice sharing with BDR team members
  • Track pipeline metrics and contribute to weekly and monthly performance reporting
What we are looking for
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in IT, Network Security, or Cybersecurity
  • Proven ability to manage outbound prospecting independently and consistently hit pipeline targets
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or SalesLoft
  • Familiarity with CISO, CIO, and IT Director pain points and the broader IT/Security buyer landscape
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to refine outreach strategies based on performance results
