Business Analyst (Various Levels)
You will be working with a global technology and business services company, turning business needs into data-driven insights. You will support teams with reporting, analytics, and process improvement, with a focus on AI-enabled solutions.
What you will do
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear reports and dashboards
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
- Automate reporting and workflows using Google Apps Script
- Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve processes and decision-making
- Work with data from Salesforce and AWS, and share insights with stakeholders
What we are looking for
- Open to Mid-Level, Senior, and Lead-Level candidates
- 2 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau
- Experience with Google Apps Script
- Experience working with Salesforce and AWS
- Good understanding of AI use in business
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Amenable to working 100% onsite on a flexible schedule (day/mid shift)
