Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Various Languages)
You will be working with a global technology and business services company supporting international clients. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will assist customers and provide quality service in their assigned language and English.
What you will do
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Deliver excellent customer service through various communication channels
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Escalate concerns when necessary
- Follow company processes and service standards
What we are looking for
- Fluent in at least one of the following languages, with English proficiency: Spanish, Turkish, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Customer-focused and adaptable
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts
- Candidates who can start ASAP
- Compensation: 100k PHP package + full-time/permanent employment
