Bilingual Customer Service Representative (German)
You will be working with a global technology and business services company supporting international clients. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will assist customers, address inquiries, and provide excellent service in both German and English.
What you will do
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Deliver excellent customer service through various communication channels
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Escalate concerns when necessary
- Follow company processes and service standards
What we are looking for
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts
- Compensation: 100k PHP package + full-time/permanent employment
