Area Specialist

You will be working with a consumer healthcare company managing key accounts across dispensing doctors, retail drugstores, LGUs, and hospital channels. The Area Specialist drives territory growth through relationship management, account expansion, and strategic field execution. * This role is currently pooled for a July 2026 start.

What you will do
  • Manage key accounts across dispensing physicians, drugstores, LGUs, and hospitals
  • Conduct at least 12 productive calls per day focused on account growth and market development
  • Promote and expand product visibility across retail and institutional channels
  • Monitor competitor activity and share market insights with the team
  • Mentor junior field representatives and support area expansion efforts
What we are looking for
  • At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare field sales
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven and able to work independently across a wide territory
  • Comfortable guiding and mentoring peers
  • Willing to cover assigned areas across multiple towns or cities
  • Important: Pooling for a July 2026 start.
