Area Sales Manager (VisMin)
You will be working with a local pharmaceutical company, leading sales operations across the Visayas and Mindanao regions. The Area Sales Manager will drive business growth, manage field sales teams, and strengthen customer relationships within the assigned territory.
What you will do
- Lead and manage sales operations across the VisMin area
- Coach and develop field sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare customers and partners
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to grow market share
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute sales and marketing initiatives
What we are looking for
- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar sales leadership role
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Willing to travel extensively within the Visayas and Mindanao regions
