AMS Support Engineer (Kubernetes)
You will be working with a global organization supporting enterprise applications and cloud-based platforms. The AMS Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining application availability, troubleshooting issues, and supporting Kubernetes-based environments.
What you will do
- Provide L2/L3 application and production support
- Monitor system health, performance, and operational alerts
- Troubleshoot and maintain applications running on Kubernetes
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions
- Support deployments, configuration updates, and routine operational activities
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve issues
- Work setup: Fully-remote, APAC hours
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in application support, operations, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog, or similar platforms
- Strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with scripting or automation tools
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments
- Understanding of ITIL processes and incident management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
