AI Engineer (Various Levels)
You will be joining an organization building out its AI agent capabilities to support business operations. As an AI Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize business-facing AI agents, working across Microsoft's agentic tooling stack and integrating agents with MCP.
What you will do
- Create and develop AI agents based on business use cases
- Define agent instructions, reasoning flows, tool selection logic, approval workflows, and human guardrails
- Conduct end-to-end testing of agent workflows with global and market IT counterparts
- Monitor and optimize agent performance (hallucination rates, task completion, tool failure rates, cost, user feedback)
What we are looking for
- Experience in prompt engineering and building agentic workflows
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Automate
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and JSON
- Familiarity with Dataverse
Work Arrangement
- Relaxed work setup
- Full remote (for night shift), 1 day onsite per week (for mid shift)
- Independent contractor setup
